Holland & Bantley Turn barrel c1850

A small turn barrel percussion pocket pistol with sliding safety made around 1850.
The .36 calibre screw off barrels measure almost 2 ½ inches with the whole pistol measuring 6 ¼ inches.
The frame has foliate engraving with ‘HOLLAND & / BANTLEY’ lightly engraved on the right side. The barrels have Birmingham proofs.
The barrel still screw-off and the action is in working order. The barrel swivel action is slightly loose.
The finely chequered grip show some signs of wear.
