Belgium or French Brothel Pistol

A delightful, small and quality pocket percussion pistol that would have been handy in dealing with any unruly clients. An unusual feature of this small pistol is the rifled barrel.

The .38 caliber, round, rifled, Damascus patterned barrel measures 1 ½ inches with the whole pistol measuring 4 ¾ inches.

The frame is engraved in the usual Belgium style but no Belgium proof mark is present. The action has not been tested.

The fluted ebony grip is in good condition.
