European Pocket Pistol c1800

A good small European drop down trigger, box lock pocket pistol from around 1800. The lack of proof marks suggests French manufacture.
The .45 calibre smooth bore screw off barrel measures 1 3/8 inches with the whole pistol measuring just over 5 ½ inches.
While the pistol is in good working order and all the edges are sharp it appears that it may have been re-blued a while ago.
The grip is in good condition with fine checkering on the sides and double coving along the spine.
